**What you´ll do**:
- Support customer communication and help ensure a smooth customer experience
- Assist with order-to-cash (OTC) and customer service related activities
- Help build relationships with customers and collect their feedback
- Maintain and update CRM data, supporting business development activities
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction (CSAT)
- Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Experience, Supply Chain, etc.)
- Support ongoing projects, process improvements and best practices
- Help monitor performance using KPIs and reports
