About the Role :
We are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel with expertise in Administrative and Public Law. This role involves leading a team over time and acting as a coordinator, facilitating a transition from the current senior. The position reports directly to the partner and collaborates closely with top-tier legal professionals.
In this role, you will handle highly technical legal matters, ensuring excellence in legal analysis and strategic decision-making. Responsibilities include drafting reports in English, managing complex legal cases (e.G., regulatory compliance in renewable energy or vegan product labeling), and supporting internal decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities :
Provide expert legal counsel in Administrative and Public Law
Draft and review legal reports in English
Support and coordinate Works Council matters
Oversee regulatory compliance cases, including specialized topics
Ensure legal excellence and foster collaborative teamwork
Mentor and guide junior legal professionals and interns
Minimum Requirements :
5+ years of experience in Administrative / Public Law, preferably from top firms like KPMG, Manuvens, or Menéndez Díaz
Fluency in English (reports and communication in English)
Experience in regulatory compliance (renewable energy, consumer protection, product labeling)
Strong leadership and coordination skills to grow into a team lead role
Ability to work in a collaborative, horizontal environment (no "shark" culture)
Commitment to excellence in legal technical work
