Role Summary
Step into a key operational role as a Payroll Service Delivery Manager at Zalaris Spain. In this position, you will serve as the primary liaison for our German clients, managing relationships, overseeing SAP-related German payroll processes, and driving operational excellence and compliance.
Your Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary point of contact for the clients, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and high-quality service delivery.
* Ensure services are delivered in alignment with contractual SLAs by monitoring, reporting, and analyzing KPIs related to service excellence and customer satisfaction.
* Take ownership of your client's service-related financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost monitoring.
* Efficiently manage change request implementation processes by coordinating testing, deployments, and system enhancements within the payroll platform.
* Ensure adherence to Zalaris' internal controls, policies, and compliance standards.
* Proactively lead automation initiatives (e.g., RPA), transition activities between nearshore/offshore teams, and identify further cost optimization opportunities.
* Foster strong collaboration with other Zalaris functions and locations to support integrated service delivery.
Your Experience And Skills
* High proficiency in German and English
* In-depth understanding of German payroll (mandatory)
* Experience in outsourcing HR, payroll, or accounting
* Work experience with SAP HCM is an asset
* Business-minded with an analytical mindset
* Ability to plan, prioritize, and structure work to achieve results
* Strong customer relationship management and process improvement skills
* Excellent problem-solving, presentation, and negotiation skills
* Proactive, energetic, and adaptable attitude
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
