The BA will ensure full definition, visibility and understanding of the requirements across all stakeholders, and will communicate the details to technical teams and the architectural lead to ensure delivery of a high-quality solution.The Business Analyst will also perform project management functions, tracking and communicating progress to stakeholders, senior management and to the Rates/Credit Programme Manager.Santander uses Agile methodology, so the BA will be responsible for maintaining Epics and User Stories consistent with a Roadmap, and for building out the content of User Stories for consumption by development and testing/QA teams.#J-18808-Ljbffr
