Job Description: HR Global Reporting & Analytics
Location: Barcelona, Spain
Place of work: Hybrid
As HR Global Reporting & Analytics, you will be at the core of the HR corporate reporting process & systems landscape by providing cross-divisional analytical and support services, including data management and systems control. You will leverage internal and external data sources using DSM-Firmenich technology platforms and collaborate with internal functions to make data-driven decisions regarding people and to optimize HR performance. This involves consulting and driving tactical and operational improvements based on deep-dive analytics and quality checks using data-driven solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities
1. Design, develop and create reporting analytics through data manipulation & systems maintenance to ensure robust and accurate reporting capabilities.
2. Create standard, ad hoc queries or reports to produce data summaries and analyses for strategic planning and decision-making.
3. Prepare, manipulate, and analyze data by organizing diverse information, checking for errors/inconsistencies.
4. Support managing the interface between various systems within the business to extract relevant information for analysis.
5. Work closely with IT and data engineering teams to ensure the availability, quality, and integrity of data sources necessary for analysis.
6. Support monitoring of data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and integrity of HR data across all systems.

Your Qualifications
* Degree in Information Technology, Business, Human Resources, or 3-5 years of relevant experience.
* Experience in maintaining and extracting data from systems, analyzing, and creating reports.
* Functional experience with HR technology, preferably SuccessFactors and SAP.
* 3-5 years in data-driven HR initiatives with a good understanding of HR processes, metrics, and systems.
* Experience with BI or analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
* Project management skills for data initiatives.
