Your Role
We are looking for a Senior Power Platform & Power BI Consultant to join our team. This is a hands-on senior role requiring proven depth in Power BI, Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate), and Copilot Studio — the three pillars at the heart of what we deliver for our clients.
Key Requirements
Power BI Core Requirement
* Strong expertise in Power BI, report and dashboard development, data modelling, and DAX authoring
* Experience designing semantic models and optimising performance for large datasets
* Ability to define and enforce Power BI governance standards, workspace management, and deployment pipelines
* Experience connecting Power BI to multiple data sources: SQL, SharePoint, Azure services, APIs
Power Platform Core Requirement
* 5–10 years of experience in Power Platform consulting, with high proficiency in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and Power Automate (complex logic, error handling, and approvals)
* Deep understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM): solutions, environment variables, and deployment pipelines
* Hands-on experience with connectors: SQL, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Graph APIs
* Experience in Agile, multi-team environments with strong analytical and communication skills
Copilot Studio Core Requirement
* Proven hands-on experience implementing or managing conversational AI solutions and custom agents via Microsoft Copilot Studio
* Ability to design, build, and deploy custom Copilots integrated with Power Platform and Microsoft 365 services
* Experience connecting Copilot Studio agents to external data sources, APIs, and business processes
* Understanding of AI governance considerations in enterprise Copilot deployments
Nice to Have
* Certifications: Microsoft Power Platform or Power BI official certifications (strongly valued)
* Advanced DevOps: CI/CD for Power Platform via Azure DevOps
* Modern Data Stack: familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or Microsoft Purview
* Data Quality: solid knowledge of data governance and quality frameworks
