Your responsibilities and impact working as an Inside Sales Representative will be:

- Providing expert assistance to clients and partners using a consultative approach to account management.

- Developing a business environment for sustained growth within the account.

- Maintaining relationships within the account to ensure long-term visibility of techniques, strategies, and competitor movements.

- Researching new sales opportunities within the existing portfolio of accounts.

- Driving profit through proactive management.

- Tracking, managing, and reporting ongoing activities related to the sales pipeline.

- Responding to incoming client or partner calls and providing solutions.

- Consistently achieving and exceeding KPIs.

Skills, experiences, and interests needed to succeed in this role:

- Native level of Dutch/Flemish and a good level of English.

- Previous experience in B2B sales and channel management.

- Achievement and goal-oriented mindset.

- Attentive listening skills and effective communication abilities.

- Energetic, innovative, and proactive work approach at a fast pace.

- Interest in intercultural communication and expatriate lifestyle.

- Living in or willing to relocate to Barcelona for an international career and life experience.

- Salary: €21,000 gross/year + up to €3,000 gross/year in bonus.
