* Minimum 5 years’ experience working in the Financial Accounting domain with Transfer Pricing and Direct Tax focus (Direct, Customs, Transfer Pricing).
The role:
* We operate on a product management operative model, encompassing General Ledger and Asset Accounting, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Tax, and Travel & Expenses, all within the Financial Accounting product group.
* The product team includes IT professionals from Nestlé and our application management partners.
* The team manages existing applications through a product model (roadmap and backlog) and follows classical IT delivery phases—from requirements gathering and blueprinting to design, build, test, and deployment—for new applications.
* The team has a global scope and responsibility.
* As a Business Analyst, your key responsibility will be supporting ongoing project implementations (such as Central Finance), working with the tax function to gather requirements for upcoming initiatives, and collaborating with IT teams to design solutions and identify improvement opportunities.
What you’ll do:
* Serve as a business analyst between IS/IT and the Tax function, bringing deep understanding of business opportunities and issues, advising on solutions, and translating business strategies into IS/IT product requirements.
* Define, drive, and deliver the technology roadmap alongside the Product Manager, solution architect, and business stakeholders, analyzing, documenting, and testing program development, logic, process flows, and specifications.
* Identify new technologies to address gaps in existing functionalities and improve current processes.
* Lead, motivate, and direct staff across organizations to understand business needs and find solutions aligned with customer objectives and IS/IT strategy.

* Academic background in Engineering, Financial Accounting, Tax, or related fields.
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in Financial Accounting with a focus on Transfer Pricing and Direct Tax (Direct, Customs, Transfer Pricing).
* Solid knowledge of SAP, especially regarding Transfer Pricing and Direct Tax, with experience in Record to Report, Controlling, and Costing modules.
* Experience in implementations, designing solutions, and applications.
* Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working in multicultural, cross-market environments.
* Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
