The candidate will assist in all levels of technical account planning and accompany Sales Account Managers on customer meetings.Key Responsibilities:The Junior PreSales or Sales Support Will be responsible for the configuration of the product, resolving technical issues, and building, and setting up the integration. This sometimes also includes suggesting the right features and pricing and also work on the functional aspect, assisting the prospects in getting the right solution to meet their critical requirements.
