Where will you work?
Our client is an international food group with a strong presence across several countries in Europe and Africa. They provide locally recognized culinary solutions tailored to the preferences of each market.
What will you do?
-Lead group-wide management consolidation & reporting processes, ensuring alignment with IFRS/GAAP and Group standards
-Oversee finance IT systems and deliver timely, accurate reports aligned with business needs
-Prepare high-quality presentations and reports for the Board of Directors and shareholders
-Develop standardized dashboards, templates, and KPI frameworks; challenge BU performance
-Analyze consolidated budgets/forecasts, linking strategic priorities with financial insights
-Partner with BU finance teams to support strategy, transformation, and planning cycles
-Conduct ad hoc analyses (scenarios, simulations) to support executive decision-making
-Support strategic initiatives (M&A, investments) and cross-BU transformation projects
Who are we looking for?
-Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
-6–10 years of progressive experience in Audit, Controlling, or FP&A within multinational or multi-BU environments
-Strong knowledge of accounting, consolidation, and financial analysis
-Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights
-Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
-Experience with EPM systems (e.g., Oracle Hyperion, OneStream) is a strong plus
-Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage
-Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with deep understanding of financial and operational KPIs
-Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments and consistently meet deadlines
