¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?
- Support the administration and daily operation of HRIS systems, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors
- Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders on system maintenance, improvements and projects
- Support the evolution of the Employee Central module according to business needs
- Maintain employee data and ensure data quality through audits and issue resolution
- Apply data privacy and security standards when handling HR information
- Support HRIS incidents and user requests
- Provide user support and contribute to documentation and user guides
- Participate in process reviews and initiatives related to optimization and automation
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
- Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration or similar
- Experience working with HR systems or exposure to HRIS environments
- Solid understanding of HR processes, systems and data
- Good Excel skills;
experience with databases or reporting tools is a plus
- Proactive, detail‑oriented and solution‑driven mindset
- Comfortable working in an international environment
- Fluent in English and Spanish
