In this role you lead cross-functional strategic initiatives within a global information services company, translating strategic priorities into actionable programs. You will work with senior leadership and multiple functions to deliver measurable business impact, balancing business, data, and operations. This position offers executive exposure and opportunities to drive performance, alignment, and transformation across the Business Unit. You will shape governance, analytics projects, and sales and organizational development efforts to enable strategic delivery.

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional strategic initiatives at BU level
• Define governance structures, timelines, and milestones for execution
• Prepare executive reporting to support senior leadership decisions
• Lead BI/analytics initiatives with Data/BI teams and translate needs into use cases
• Facilitate prioritization and roadmap alignment across stakeholders
• Monitor adoption and business impact of solutions
• Act as BU focal point for sales performance and transformation initiatives
• Coordinate alignment and harmonization of sales incentive and performance management frameworks
• Support design and execution of change initiatives and ensure stakeholder alignment
Responsabilidades
• 4+ years in Strategy, Consulting, PM, or Business Transformation
• Experience in cross-functional, matrix, xpzdshu multi-country environments
• Exposure to data/analytics-driven initiatives is a plus
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving
• Excellent stakeholder management across all levels
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders in complex international settings
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear business language
• Strong project governance and prioritization skills
• High autonomy, ownership, and accountability
