We are collaborating with a multinational FMCG company who is currently involved in one of the most relevant Global ERP Transformation Projects worldwide. They are expanding their team with a new role, looking for top SAP professionals, who will have a key position in the organization.
Key Responsibilities Define the SAP PPDS solution roadmap in line with the IT Business Partner commitment towards the Business Process Owner (BPO).
Manage the design, implementation, and deployment of the template on the SAP PPDS solution in line with the program plan in terms of outcomes, planning and resources.
Propose technical solutions and evolutions responding to the IT functional and technical requirements expressed by the IT Business Partner through the demand management process.
Track and report on SAP PPDS solution Service Level Agreements compliance.
Manage the backlog of evolutions related to the SAP PPDS solution with the IT Business Partner in terms of priorities against the development team capacity.
Initiate and maintain SAP PPDS solution documentation repository (functional and technical specifications, procedures, end-user guides and documentation, etc.).
Manage the SAP PPDS solution evolution over time in terms of modernization, obsolescence and operations cost efficiency.
Continuously improve SAP PPDS solution and identify opportunities from industry trends.
Skills and Qualifications Education : Relevant IT-related academic background
Professional experience :
5+ years of relevant experience in managing the SAP PPDS solution in a global / multi-country organization.
3+ years of experience in IT solution management, business analysis and project implementation.
Experience in technological solution management (including SAP) and innovative projects implementation
Personal skills
Ability to work with key stakeholders in the organization
Team spirit and collaboration at a global scale
Synthesis and analytical capabilities
Detail oriented thinking
Good interpersonal skills
Travel Requirements This role will likely require a 40%-50% commute structure depending on project phases and requirements. Further details will be provided closer towards project commencement.
