The Opportunity
The Communications & Content Graduate will support the Content Team in the execution of digital campaigns, with a strong focus on pre-production and post-production coordination and content operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to how content is delivered at a luxury beauty and fashion house, supporting teams from briefing through final asset delivery and social media rollout.
What you'll get to do
1. Support post-production processes for digital campaigns, including managing retouching notes, feedback rounds, and final asset approvals
2. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (retouchers, production teams, agencies) to ensure timely delivery of assets
3. Assist in the organization, version control, and delivery of final content files
4. Support the creation of creative briefs and internal decks
5. Assist with production logistics, including managing sample and package deliveries, tracking shipments, and handling returns
6. Maintain accurate tracking of packages, deliveries, and content-related materials
7. Support the planning and upkeep of the social media content calendar
8. Assist with social media content coordination and publishing support
9. Ensure all content aligns with Carolina Herrera brand standards and timelines
10. Assist with the creation of influencer content guidelines

11. Recent graduate or final-year student in Communications, Marketing, Fashion, Media, or a related field
12. Strong interest in fashion, luxury, and digital content
13. Highly organized with strong attention to detail
14. Comfortable managing multiple tasks, timelines, and stakeholders
15. Proactive, reliable, and solutions-oriented
16. Good communication skills in a professional environment
17. Familiarity with social media platforms; basic understanding of content production processes is a plus
18. Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; experience with asset management tools is a plus
