THIS IS NOT A SUPPORT ROLE
\n
This is not about explaining the product.
\n
This is what happens when complex technology has to become a real solution… and it also has to win a contract.
\n
When there are multiple systems, technical requirements and operational constraints.
\n
When procurement processes are long, demanding and highly structured.
\n
When a proposal not only has to be viable… but also perfectly argued, written and defended.
\n
And someone has to translate all of that into a clear, executable and winning solution.
\n
That someone is this role.
\n
This role is about translating complex operational problems into viable technical solutions, structuring them into clear and competitive documentation, and turning them into proposals that win projects.
\n
ABOUT XRF
\n
XRF is a startup in a strong growth phase, where what we are building already has traction and validation in the market.
\n
We are building the next generation of decision-making systems, combining AI, simulation and extended reality to help organizations understand complex environments and act faster, with clarity and confidence.
\n
Our systems are already deployed in real operations, with real users, solving real problems.
\n
Because in complex environments, making the right decision fast is not an advantage.
\n
It is the difference between something working or failing.
\n
WHAT WE OFFER
\n
This is not just another role. It is the opportunity to build a key function at the intersection of technology, business and strategy in a company in a real scale-up phase.
\n
You will have ownership over how our solutions are structured and presented in critical processes: commercial proposals, tenders and strategic programmes.
\n
You will work directly with business, product, engineering and leadership, with real visibility over key decisions.
\n
You will be in contact with clients, partners and complex procurement processes where the impact of your work is direct and tangible.
\n
The learning curve is fast.
\n
The exposure is high.
\n
The responsibility, too.
\n
You will be part of a product already deployed, solving real problems alongside a highly committed and demanding team.
\n
This is not theoretical. This is execution.
\n
And being at this stage of the project has its rewards.
\n
If you made it this far, you probably already know if this role is for you.
\n
