IT Operations Manager – join Zurich Insurance at Zanzibar Technology Delivery Center (TDC) in Barcelona, Spain.
Responsibilities
- Support the Operations of the team ensuring the infrastructure runs smoothly and solve technical/administrative issues.
- Ensure application/infrastructure compliance with governance standards and policies.
- Support Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management processes.
- Handle external providers to ensure delivery and operation of the applications under the team scope.
- Support application monitoring and reporting.
Qualifications
- Basic technical knowledge: Windows admin, Microsoft Azure, network, SQL.
- Experience in IT Operations/Service Delivery.
- Service Management Knowledge (e.G., ITIL).
- SNOW knowledge is a plus.
- JIRA/Confluence knowledge is a plus.
