Jefe / a de Obras
with experience in executing projects involving water networks, sewerage, public civil works, and installations. Key responsibilities include:
Managing human and material resources for hydraulic works.Overseeing technical, economic, and administrative management and development of projects, focusing on execution, quality, environment, and occupational risk prevention, with profitability and regulatory compliance as goals.Preparing, monitoring, and reporting monthly production and costs.Developing and periodically updating technical-economic planning.Studying and analyzing assigned projects/works to ensure good management, proposing improvements or reforms to enhance initial profitability.Preparing technical/economic offers for additional works and budgets.Providing technical support to site managers to optimize projects and contracted offers, ensuring compliance with current regulations.Supervising works with clients, holding meetings to analyze deviations affecting timelines or work ratios.Requesting quotes from suppliers and subcontractors and conducting comparisons.Representing the company locally in commercial activities.Engaging with clients to manage new needs and requests, and identifying potential new contracts in the area of influence.Join Aqualia and be part of our team!Requirements and Qualifications
Required Degree:
Technical Engineer of Public Works or Civil EngineerRequired Experience:
4 years in executing various hydraulic projects such as water and sewer networks, reservoirs, wells, installations, and civil works in public spaces.Essential Skills:
Office, AutoCAD, Presto, Microsoft Project, CYPE or similar, BIM.Valuable Skills:
Communication and teamwork skills, team management and motivation, analytical thinking, decision-making.Availability to travel.Other:
Preferably residing in Valencia or surrounding areas.We Offer
