- Implementation of key tactical activities and track KPIs to test, optimize and improve performance.
- Implementation and integration of ICE to CRM Therapeutical Area.
- Regular engagement with cross functional team: focus on sales teams to ensure alignment to new strategy and activities conducted in line with new campaign and market archetypes.
- Execution of activities in line with budget: regular monitoring and feedback to ensure spending in line with expectations.
- Engagement with key KOLs to support implementation of new materials/tactics.
- Prepare insights and conduct market analysis to support the development of a robust One Brand Plan for 2027.
