POSITION SUMMARY / MISSION

Develop and deploy, withing the frame set by the P&C Corporate strategy, the local P&C strategy and programs. Working closely with the local Management, internal stakeholders and with the Area to support the organization and the employees' current and future growth, ensuring best performance to achieve the business strategy. Managing P&C processes in the area regarding recruitment, training, performance evaluation, P&C projects and talent development

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

* Support the Senior PCBP in all core people topics and processes.
* Work closely within the business to translate business needs into P&C requirements.
* Support the identification of the organizational capabilities required to execute the business strategy, partnering effectively with P&C Corporate teams.
* Act as a consultant on issues related to strategy execution, C&B, talent management, employee engagement, performance management, employee relations.
* Execute core people processes:
* Recruitment: Recruitment follow-ups, interviews and new employees onboarding.
* Training and development: Identification and management of training needs, work environment and engagement action plans, employee development and drive key people processes such as performance, talent reviews, succession planning, etc.
* Compensation and Benefits: Analysis and salary benchmarks, payment review, social benefits, relocations, SWP budgeting, etc.
* Employee relations: Support the business according to organizational changes.
* Participation and implementation of transversal P&C Projects

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

* Degree in Psychology, Administration, Business or similar.
* HR master's degree is desirable
* At least 5 years of experience in a similar role at a multinational company. Knowledge of: TA, onboarding, C&B, labor relations, training, talent development.
* Experience in the pharma industrial environment is desirable.

* Communicate effectively; fluent spoken and written English (C1).
* Adapt to multinational, changing environments; collaborate across teams
