In this role you will manage key accounts, drive adoption, and lead upsell within existing portfolios while building long-term partnerships. You will serve as a trusted advisor, coordinating cross-functionally to ensure successful implementations and ongoing growth. The position sits at the intersection of sales, delivery, and product feedback, shaping customer strategy and influencing roadmap. You will work in a fast-paced environment to transform customer value through adoption and performance insights.

• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing customers and key stakeholders
• Guide customer ramp-up and integration in a new vertical to ensure successful product implementation
• Lead adoption initiatives, monitor KPIs, and identify improvement opportunities
• Act as primary point of contact to capture customer priorities, risks, and growth signals
• Collaborate with Travel Unit and Hospitality teams to prioritize opportunities
• Support sales during discovery meetings and workshops to capture needs and business value
• Contribute to proposals, RFPs, and delivery plans alongside internal teams
• Bridge sales and delivery to ensure solutions meet expectations and maximize account value
• Provide structured customer feedback to Product Management and R&D to influence roadmap
• Proactively manage the sales pipeline with up-to-date CRM data
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree
• 5-6 years of experience in account management or similar client-facing role
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder-influence capabilities
• Ability to analyze data and translate xpzdshu insights into account strategy
• Proactive problem-solving and autonomous work style
• Understanding of industry trends and regional/cultural nuances; knowledge of tours and activities is a plus
• Experience in fast-paced environments; goal-oriented and committed to continuous learning
• Fluency in English; additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese, German) highly desirable
