ELECTRICAL PROJECT MANAGERMission:
The position requires a proactive, customer-oriented approach, demonstrating leadership and accountability in the execution and completion of projects with the client. The role involves managing, engineering, planning, and coordinating resources from multiple areas within a project team.Key Responsibilities:
Execute multiple projects, ensuring delivery to the client while meeting quality, cost, and deadline objectives.Coordinate, support, and guide the project team, fostering communication and collaboration across different functions.Ensure that the goals, objectives, and performance metrics defined for the projects are met or exceeded.Identify potential project barriers and implement proactive plans to resolve them effectively and in a timely manner.Take responsibility for the engineering design of the projects according to client needs.Financial control of the project, including purchasing, invoice approval, and change management.Maintain a close relationship with the sales team.Communicate effectively with both internal and external clients.Proactively gather all necessary information to ensure project progress.Required Profile:
Degree in Technical or Higher Engineering, preferably Electrical. Knowledge of Medium Voltage is a plus.At least 5 years of experience in customer project management and team coordination.Soft skills:
communication, conflict management, team motivation, etc.High proficiency in English;
