As our new Store Manager in Spain, you will play a key role in providing our customers with a unique shopping experience and developing your store with a committed and motivated team.
**Your responsibilities will include:

- Developing and building customer loyalty.
- Managing recruitment, training, and development of the sales team in a motivating, dynamic, and friendly environment, implementing the brand's commercial policies within your store.
- Ensuring excellent store management focusing on performance metrics such as sales, stock management, receiving, and replenishment.
- Creating a dynamic point of sale focused on optimizing merchandising.
- Providing regular reports to your Regional Manager.
**Requirements:
**
- Solid experience in retail management, either as a Store Manager or Department Manager.
- Leadership skills capable of directing and motivating your team.
- Passion for store management, with a good sense of commerciality and customer service.
- Desire to contribute to the development and optimization of NORMAL's unique commercial concept.
- Ability to work independently and enjoy teamwork, always with care and attention to detail.
- Being present and proactive daily, able to turn words into action.
