In this role you drive end-to-end recruitment for Spain, Portugal and Poland, collaborating with hiring managers to design effective strategies. You will leverage data, dashboards and AI tools to improve hiring outcomes while ensuring a fair, inclusive process. You join a diverse, collaborative team and help build strong pipelines across technical and non-technical roles. Your work supports Amadeus' mission to power the future of travel at scale.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and craft recruitment strategies.

Responsabilidades
• Recruitment experience with exposure to technical roles.
• Solid ATS experience.
• Curiosity to learn and experiment with data, AI and automation tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
