Our client, a prominent money transfer company, is seeking to hire an IT Support Team Lead to provide first-level assistance to users within their EMEASA team. The main responsibilities include:
1. Planning, organizing, and enhancing support for the company’s internal stores, both remotely and in person.
2. Managing Active Directory: creating accounts, users, groups, and distribution lists.
3. Supporting Exchange, Azure, and Office 365 applications, including email management.
4. Providing support at the European level.
5. Utilizing ticketing systems such as ManageEngine and Jira.
6. Leading a technical team that supports over 120 group stores.
7. Recognizing network devices (medium level), including routers, switches, and firewalls.
8. Documenting incidents and problems in applications.
9. Generating reports and conducting impact analyses.
10. Working effectively in fast-paced environments and resolving complex problems.
The ideal candidate will have:
1. 2-3 years of experience in team leadership.
2. High proficiency in English.
3. Qualifications in system administration and networking (e.g., ASIR, CISCO certifications preferred).
4. Knowledge of infrastructure components (switches, routers, servers, workstations, printers).
5. Understanding of microcomputing and networking, including TCP/IP.
6. Experience with assembling telecom racks.
7. Availability for on-duty support and overtime.
8. Flexibility with time and a high willingness to travel.
