Mission
You will report to theDirector, Compliance South Europeand be part of the Compliance and Privacy function, supporting the Iberia region (Spain and Portugal). Your mission is to ensure that Almirall operates in a legal and ethical manner while achieving its business goals. You will help foster a culture of compliance, support risk management, and ensure adherence to applicable laws, codes of practice, and internal policies.
This is atemporary positiondesigned to provide continuity and support during a defined period.
The position is located at the company's headquarters in Barcelona and offers a hybrid work model.
Ethics and Compliance
* Support the implementation of theCode of EthicsandBusiness Integrity Guide.
* Ensure compliance withFarmaindustria,ANEFP, and local health authority regulations of activities and projects.
* Review and approvepromotional and non-promotional materialsandHCP engagements.
* Collaborate with departments to assess compliance in projects and third-party activities.
* Assist inmonitoring and auditingactivities, especially those involving HCPs and promotional materials.
* Maintain and updateSOPs, policies, and compliance processes.
* Delivertraining and awareness programsbased on business needs and regulatory updates.
Transparency
* Collaborate with the different departments to ensure collection of data for the publication of transfers of value to HCPs, HCOs and POs. Manage required documentation and information.
* Ensure disclosures meet data quality standards and comply with self-regulatory requirements.
* Experience with disclosure reporting tools (generation of reports and quality checks).
Privacy
* Support thePrivacy Country Responsiblefor Spain and Portugal.
* Help maintain theRoPA, managedata processing agreements, and respond toprivacy requests.
* Assist intransparency reportingand ensure data quality in disclosures.
Other responsabilities:
- Liaise withFarmaindustriaandGeneralitat de Catalunyaas needed.- Collaborate on transversal projects within the company, including the General Counsel GroupandGlobal Complianceinitiatives.
Education
- University degree inLaw, Life Sciences, or related field.
Experience
- Minimum4-5 yearsof experience inCompliance or Privacyroles, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Specific Knowledge
* Familiarity withFarmaindustria,EFPIA, andANEFPcodes and ability to apply regulatory frameworks in a practical business context.
* Understanding ofdata protection regulationsanddisclosure tools.
* Experience withRx, OTC, and Medical Devicescompliance.
* Proficiency inMicrosoft Office; experience withVeeva CRM and Veeva Promomatsis a plus.
* Fluent inSpanish and English.
