What we do
We are sales professionals with personality, driven by the mission to establish Drooms as Europe’s leading data‑room provider for commercial real estate investments. As relationship builders, we are the first point of contact for our clients and actively shape our products with market insights.
Your tasks
* Proactive customer acquisition and establishment of new business relationships with decision makers (investment banks, advisors, large corporates).
* Sales of software solutions for dealing with confidential information on M&A transactions.
* Account planning, strategic sales, support and development of key accounts.
* Presentations, creation and follow‑up on offers, contract negotiations directly with decision makers.
* Participating and networking at trade fairs, congresses and events.
* Documentation of activities in the company CRM.
Your profile
* Ability to establish great relationships within the capital markets sector (Investment Banking, Private Equity, Real Estate).
* Experience engaging, presenting and closing next steps in client‑facing meetings.
* Proven track record in driving the full sales cycle from start to finish: cold calls, pipeline building, closing.
* Industry knowledge in M&A and/or Real Estate.
* Enthusiastic team player with good communication skills, hands‑on mentality, strong engagement and motivation.
* Excellent command of Spanish and business‑fluent English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
* Desirable: industry knowledge in software, SaaS sales.
