Job Details: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record of success in expanding the Latin America Healthcare Market, specifically targeting doctors in private practice or large private medical centers. The adecuado candidate should possess at least ten years of experience in business development within the healthcare sector and a demonstrated ability to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ultimately driving successful closures.
Monthly Reporting Responsibilities:
- Create Business Review reports on Looker Studio
- Audit Reports to ensure reporting quality
- Send individual emails to customers with the PDF Report and recap of the month
- Optimize current reporting process to improve reporting capabilities and automate when possible
- Set up Business Review conference meetings with clients
- At times assist in Business Review meetings
Client Onboarding Responsibilities:
- Request access to backend platforms necessary for Avanmed marketing efforts
- Set up platforms for lead tracking
- Set up platforms for advertising campaigns
- Set up platforms for email and SMS communications
- Set up integration platforms and perform necessary maintenance of active integrations
- Set‑up Conversion Tracking on Google Analytics and Facebook
- Daily Maintenance of new leads into Excel Master Lead file
- Manage customers’ requests inquiry and reroute them to the rest of the team
Job Role Responsibilities:
- Answers inquiries from the general public regarding road and traffic conditions in a professional, courteous, and knowledgeable manner
- Logs all incidents promptly, clearly and accurately so that any entry can be used in minor or major investigations
- Keeps a log of all calls
- Identifies operational problems and promptly notifies the road crew
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in account management or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree
- Full professional proficiency in English (written and verbal)
- Position is based out of our Antigua office. We do not have a hybrid workplace and value in‑person collaboration; we do not offer hybrid or remote‑only roles
- Full Time; Mid Level
- Language Requirement: C1 English or above
- Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 40 hours per week
- Wage: Salaried
