Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
* Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
* Assist clients in navigating products and services, ensuring an outstanding user experience
* Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
* Identify and escalate potential issues or trends to management for resolution
* Contribute to team projects and initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction
Requirements
* Fluency in Italian and working proficiency in English;
additional languages are a plus
* Previous experience in customer service or support roles is highly desirable
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude towards challenges
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a diverse team
* Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software is an advantage
* Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new culture
