Recruitment Specialist with Portuguese in Madrid

We are looking to hire a Recruitment Specialist with Portuguese to join our team in Madrid, providing direct support to the Portugal team.
What will you do on a daily basis?
This role offers a hybrid focus between recruitment and people management. Initially, it will be centered on recruitment tasks, with a progressive evolution towards People Manager responsibilities.
Responsibilities
* Full-cycle recruitment management: job postings, interviews and coordination with managers
* Consultant support and follow-up: training, schedule control, and communication with managers
* Coordination with teams in Portugal, including occasional travel (once a month)
* Collaboration with cross-functional departments to ensure process quality and efficiency
Requirements
* Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
* High level of Portuguese (mandatory)
* Spanish: valuable
* Previous experience in recruitment
* Valuable: experience in people management or training functions
* Organized, autonomous profile with strong interpersonal skills
