What will your day-to-day look lik
e?
* Gain basic knowledge of each department: Ocean, Air, and Customs.
* Communicate with different UPS offices worldwide.
* Support in the preparation, coordination, and follow-up of offers for clients and other UPS offices.
* Assist in handling and managing possible incidents related to Air and Ocean departments.
* Learn how to advise clients (importers and exporters) on their transportation needs.

What do we expect from you?
* Final-year student of International Trade, Logistics, or Transportation, both university and advanced vocational training.
* High level of English.
* Spanish - fluent.
* Ability to work in a team, social and communication skills, initiative, commitment, and customer focus.
* Quick comprehension and analytical thinking, good time management, and a high degree of self-organization.
* Adaptability.
* Understanding of market dynamics and trends.
* Very good MS Office user skills.
* Availability to work hours: 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
