Our Account Managers play a critical role in making sure customers see real value from our platform, not just at launch, but long after implementation. We don’t believe in “set and forget.” We believe in long-term partnerships, measurable impact, and continuous growth.
We’re looking for an Account Manager who enjoys owning client relationships end to end, spotting growth opportunities, and turning customer needs into tangible outcomes. This is a role for someone who is commercially sharp, consultative by nature, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.
The Role
As an Account Manager, you’ll manage and grow an existing portfolio of customers while identifying opportunities to expand usage and revenue.
You’ll work closely with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and hiring processes, and partner internally with Product, Solutions Engineering, and Support to deliver the right solutions.
This is not a transactional sales role. You’ll be trusted to think long-term, build strong relationships, and balance customer success with commercial growth.
You’ll be responsible for both protecting and expanding revenue, while ensuring customers get real, measurable value from Talkpush.
As our Account Manager, you will:
* Manage and grow a portfolio of existing Talkpush customers
* Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
* Identify upsell and expansion opportunities aligned to customer needs
* Prospect and pursue new business opportunities where relevant
* Own revenue targets and consistently work toward clear sales goals
* Translate customer requirements into clear internal briefs
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client expectations
* Stay up to date on recruitment technology trends and market developments
What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years’ experience in account management or sales, ideally in SaaS, HR tech, or recruitment technology
* A proven track record of hitting revenue or growth targets
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* A consultative approach — you listen first, then propose solutions
* Commercially minded, organised, and comfortable managing priorities
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently while collaborating with a global, remote team
