This role will be key to ensuring smooth operations across b customs clearance, transportation, and warehouse management /b in our smart factory environment. /p pb What You’ll Do /b /pullib Customs Management 60% /b : /lili Ensure on-time clearance for raw materials and finished goods. /lili Keep updated with EU and Spanish customs regulations (AEO, CE, CBAM, TC Trader). /lili Prepare and validate all import/export documentation. /lilib Transportation 15% /b : /lili Monitor shipments and ensure timely delivery across the EU. /lili Work with logistics providers to resolve transport incidents and improve performance. /lili Verify transport billing and file related documentation. /lilib Warehouse Operations 15% /b : /lili Oversee safe, efficient, and accurate warehouse processes. /lili Double-check inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring SOP compliance. /lili Perform cycle counts and monitor inventory accuracy. /lilib Reporting Compliance 10% /b : /lili Issue monthly KPI reports. /lili Maintain proper filing of customs and transport records. /lili Support audits and certifications (e.g. AEO). /li /ul pb What We’re Looking For /b /pullib3+ years’ experience /b in logistics, customs, and warehouse operations (automotive or industrial sector preferred). /lili Knowledge of b EU and Spanish customs regulations /b, including AEO, CE, CBAM. /lili Experience working with logistics providers and government authorities. /lili Strong skills in SAP and MS Office tools. /lili Languages: b Spanish (fluent), English (professional working level) /b. /lili Excellent b organizational, analytical, and communication skills /b. /lili Ability to work in b multicultural environments /b ; prior experience in a Chinese company is a plus. /li /ul pb Why Join Us? /b /pp At Desay SV, we combine b global innovation with local industrial transformation /b.
