**JOIN AXA PARTNERS AS MEDICAL TEAM MANAGER (INTERNATIONAL MEDICAL ASSISTANCE)**

Are you an experienced clinician ready to lead a dynamic, multidisciplinary team in a general organization? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for patient care on an international scale? If so, **AXA Partners** is looking for you!

We are currently seeking a **Medical Team Manager** to oversee and support our international medical assistance operations — ensuring the highest standards of care for patients worldwide, while contributing to the strategic growth of our services.

**YOUR MISSION**

**Medical Team Management**
- Lead and inspire the medical team, promoting collaboration and monitoring performance.
- Ensure 24/7 medical coverage, including a functional on-call rotation.
- Oversee internal medical escorts (nurses or doctors accompanying patients during repatriation) and validate required medical equipment.
- Take part in defining team size and resource needs.

**Patient Care & Quality Assurance**
- Guarantee high-quality patient evaluation and care — aligned with top-tier healthcare systems.
- Monitor service delivery and implement training or escalation as needed.
- Serve as the clinical decision-maker during daily medical case reviews.
- Act as a trusted consultant to the medical team in complex situations.

**Case Management**
- Directly manage complex international medical assistance cases.
- Determine the best medical repatriation strategy.
- Ensure effective communication with patients, families, and traveling companions, delivering reassurance and expert advice.

**Communication & Coordination**
- Serve as a bridge between medical and operational teams.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in our systems.
- Foster efficient, clear communication with coordinators and agents across functions.

**Governance & Improvement**
- Uphold clinical governance standards and drive continuous improvements.
- Respond to escalations regarding medical, repatriation, or critical cases.
- Participate in the Crisis Cell when activated.

**Strategic & Service Development**
- Support AXA Partners’ strategy on digital transformation, cost efficiency, and productivity.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative medical services: teleconsultations, second opinion programs, mobility health, and more.
- Collaborate with the Medical Network Department.

**Cultural & Organizational Engagement**
- Embody AXA’s culture and values in all interactions and decisions.
- Act as a positive influencer and change agent across teams.

**WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE**
- ** 10+ years** clinical experience (including minimum 5 years in a critical care setting such as ITU, A&E;, or Internal Medicine with critical care exposure).
- ** 3+ years** experience in **international medical assistance**.
- Fluent in **English and Spanish** (C1+); French is a plus.
- Registered and in good standing with the appropriate **professional body**.
- Solid understanding of **aeromedical transport** protocols and disaster medicine.
- Demonstrated **leadership experience** managing healthcare professionals.
- Strong **communication, organizational, and decision-making skills**.
- Proficiency in **MS Office tools**: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Ability to **work under pressure**, adapt quickly, and manage cross-functional teams.
- A results-driven mindset with a commitment to setting and maintaining high standards.
- Willingness to embrace innovation and support strategic growth initiatives.
