As Key Account Manager A&H Spain, you will nurture top client relationships and drive growth through structured account management and partnerships. You will oversee digital and direct marketing campaigns, sponsor activities, and telemarketing efforts, while ensuring client satisfaction and profitability. Your work bridges sales, partnerships, and marketing to deliver seamless experiences for Iberia clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions and improve portfolio performance. • Act as primary point of contact for key clients, managing relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
• Analyze, track, and execute digital and direct marketing campaigns and oversee campaign reporting.
• Implement and manage digital and telemarketing acquisition campaigns with current and new sponsors.
• Support direct marketing programs to promote customer acquisition and cross-sell.
• Identify opportunities for growth within existing relationships and develop growth plans.
• Manage renewals, contract updates, and vendor relationships to ensure seamless delivery.
• Collaborate with development teams and external partners to adapt sales platforms for campaigns.
• Monitor P&L and profitability of accounts; participate in product development or enhancements.
Responsabilidades
• Relevant experience in Account Management with deep understanding of Digital, Direct Marketing & Telemarketing.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese a plus.
• Experience in developing, managing and maintaining Partnerships.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing (web, mobile, content management, media, advertising).
• Knowledge of embedded insurance distribution is a differentiator.
• Ability to identify partner opportunities and deliver compelling sales pitches. xpzdshu
• Ability to analyze financial performance, budgets, forecasting and profitability; read P&L statements.
