As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Client Delivery Manager & Video Producer who can coordinate our video projects, act as the key point of contact for clients, and ensure smooth delivery from brief to final output.

The role
You'll be the operational glue that keeps our video projects running smoothly. This role combines client-facing delivery management with hands‑on video production coordination—think of it as being a producer who also manages the client relationship day-to‑day. You'll work closely with our creative team (Creative Director, Motion Designers, Editors, Strategists) to ensure projects are delivered on time, on brief, and with happy clients.
Your main responsibility is keeping clients happy through excellent project execution. You'll be managing multi‑workstream video campaigns, coordinating timelines, briefing the creative team, tracking deliverables, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Fast, clear communication and strong follow‑through are essential.
While the role isn't focused on business development or
