Lead the design of ServiceNow process flows, integrations, and applications with advanced platform expertise.Provide technical leadership, mentor junior staff, and collaborate on creative, simple solutions.Present technical architectures to project teams and stakeholders;
Assist in technical story writing, QA reviews, and full project lifecycle from requirements to documentation.Support pre-sales (scoping, estimates, SOWs), thought leadership (blogs, webinars), and enterprise implementations.Establish architectural standards, best practices, and innovative ideas aligned with industry processes like ITIL.
Minimum 6 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.3+ CIS certifications + CAD (desired);
Proven expertise in ServiceNow platform, ITSM/ITOM/CMDB, integrations (REST/SOAP), and process automation.
