- Carrying out initial diagnosis on faults and escalating any issues as required to 2nd/3rd line support.
- Supporting customers with enquiries and providing knowledge and guidance to assist them.
- Collaborate with the Dev Team, NetOps, Operations and Logistics Manager to optimize the post-sales user experience.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Be willing to learn technical principles relating to mobile communications, and terminology and platforms used internally.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Be able to prioritize and address customer requests in a timely manner.
- Provide first line support service to our customers in a professional manner.
- Persistent in problem solving.
- Understanding of IP networks, web app, IoT devices, VPN Technologies.
- Taking ownership of customer enquiries and managing to completion.
- Comfortable working 24/7 shift patterns, to include bank holidays and weekends as well as covering for your colleagues when they are out.
**Essential Skills & Experience**:
- Customer Support and/or account management experience.
- Excellent English oral and writing skills.
- A genuine interest in IT and Telecoms with strong technical knowledge.
**Desirable**:
- Previous experience working with an MNO/MVNO or similar role in the Telecom industry
- Telco or engineer background around SIM cards, IoT, telematics
- Knowledge of GPRS, UDP, TCP, DNS protocols.
- Knowledge of networking principles, IP, TCP, UDP etc.
- Good Spanish oral and writing skills.
