The ideal candidate combines strong project leadership, deep understanding of Lean methodologies, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. /ppbr/ppbWHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? /b /ppbr/pp• Lead, manage, and execute Lean projects across the organization /pp • Coordinate and implement the process standardization strategy for the NRF Group /pp • Build and maintain a process management structure, fostering a culture of continuous improvement /pp • Support ERP system transformation with Lean principles and organizational design input /pp • Design and deliver internal knowledge academy programs and training sessions (e.g. Kaizen, problem solving, design thinking, change management) /pp • Facilitate workshops and hands-on trainings to develop Lean mindset among employees /pp • Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive improvements /pp • Collaborate with the BI Team to leverage data for smarter project decisions and better performance tracking /pp • Support operational teams and contribute to solution design during project implementation phases /ppbr/ppbWHAT DO YOU BRING? /b /ppbr/pp• Certified in Lean Management or equivalent continuous improvement methodologies /pp • Minimum 3 years of experience in process optimization, data analysis, or continuous improvement roles /pp • Proven track record of successful Lean project execution /pp • Fluent in English, both spoken and written /pp • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills /pp • Excellent communication and collaboration skills /pp • Readiness to travel and manage projects across multiple NRF locations /ppbr/ppbWHAT DO WE OFFER? /b /ppbr/ppA challenging and impactful role in an international organization focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
