Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP OTC (Order to Cash) Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design, implement, govern, and support SAP OTC solutions that align with business requirements. You will engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and offer best practice guidance while providing advanced support for technical issues. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP modules and other enterprise systems. You will lead the optimization of SAP OTC processes, develop solutions for order management, billing, invoicing, credit management, and customer master data management. You will oversee integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems, participate in the full project lifecycle, and provide technical leadership to fellow SAP professionals. Staying updated on SAP innovations, you will recommend enhancements to improve business processes and resolve complex issues related to the OTC module.
Your Role:
Lead and govern SAP OTC implementations and integrations, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices. Partner with stakeholders, drive solution design, and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
* Design, implement, govern, and support SAP OTC solutions (Order to Cash).
* Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide guidance on best practices.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP modules and third-party systems.
* Lead optimization of SAP OTC processes and develop solutions for order management, billing, invoicing, credit management, and customer master data management.
* Oversee integration with other SAP modules and external systems;
participate in full project lifecycle.
* Provide technical leadership to SAP professionals and stay current on SAP innovations to recommend process enhancements.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP implementation and configuration, with at least 5 years focused on SAP OTC.
* In-depth knowledge of SAP SD, MM, FI, and CRM;
strong experience with SAP S/4HANA and ECC.
* Proven track record of leading large-scale SAP projects and managing complex solutions.
* Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and best practices in the order-to-cash cycle.
* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, project and stakeholder management skills;
ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Familiarity with integration techniques such as IDocs, BAPIs, RFC, and SOAP/REST web services.
* Experience in payment card domain is a plus.
Skills
* Experience in SAP ERP architecture, implementations, upgrades, and related non-SAP components.
* Project management capabilities.
* Knowledge of SAP Security, IT/OT standards.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
* Self-driven with strong analytical and conceptual skills.
Tools
* SAP ERP (SAP ERP 4.7, S/4HANA 1709, S/4HANA 2023).
* Microsoft Office, ServiceNow.
* Experience with SAP architecture tools (e.G., Microsoft Visio, LeanIX) and system architecture diagrams.
* HP ALM;
automated testing experience is a plus.
Languages
* Excellent and fluent English communication (written and spoken).
* Spanish or German a plus.
