PPT报告:能够熟练使用PPT,基于原始素材能形成报告
会议组织与管理:组织欧洲区/国家重要会议
其他事项处理(如:欧洲区负责人日程管理等)

职位要求:
1.本科以上学历,热爱科技行业,了解手机产品,有行业相关经验优先;
2.项目管理及执行能力强,能够在目标时间截止前,达成所有事项;
3. 熟练使用PPT,能够基于素材形成PPT报告;
4.为人细心耐心有责任心,主动意识强,沟通能力强,能够及时跟进业务流程闭环相关工作;
5.中文熟练,能够作为工作语言

Key Responsibilities:
Follow-up on Key Matters: Track and ensure closure of important tasks across the Europe region and its local markets.
Project Planning and Execution Support: Assist in setting goals, plans, and budgets for key projects; monitor project progress; identify and report issues and risks in a timely manner; support project managers in creating solutions and contingency plans.
PPT Report Creation: Proficient in PowerPoint; capable of transforming raw materials into structured presentations.
Meeting Organization and Coordination: Organize important meetings at both regional and country levels within Europe.
Other Administrative Tasks: Including but not limited to managing the Europe Regional Director’s calendar.
In this role, you will gain valuable exposure and insights into the core responsibilities and daily operations of the business leadership in the Europe region.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above; passionate about the tech industry, with a good understanding of mobile products; prior industry experience is a plus.
Strong project management and execution skills, able to deliver all tasks before the deadline.
Skilled in PowerPoint and capable of developing presentations based on raw input materials.
Detail-oriented, patient, responsible, proactive, and with strong communication skills; able to ensure business processes are followed through to completion.
Proficiency in Chinese is required and must be usable as a working language.
