At Davidson, we are looking for a Senior Consumer Data Platform professional for one of our most important clients in Spain.
Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact for support and administration of the BlueConic platform.
* Collaborate with implementation teams, business stakeholders, and project managers to manage service requests.
* Manage consumer data, segments, profile properties, consents, listeners, and integrations.
* Configure data capture, tagging, tracking rules, and identity resolution logic (merging and deduplication).
* Validate and monitor data flows between the CDP and external systems (CRM, ESP, exports).
* Maintain data schemas, metadata, and platform documentation.
* Manage incidents through ServiceNow and the backlog through JIRA in an agile environment.
* Support testing, validation, and implementation of Martech use cases.
* Create and maintain functional, technical, and project documentation.
* Provide guidelines and best practices for the use and administration of the CDP.
* Carry out structured knowledge transfer to internal teams that will take ownership of the product.
Minimum requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in digital data and CDP administration.
* Proven hands-on experience with Consumer Data Platforms, preferably BlueConic.
* Experience supporting Martech or consumer data use cases.
* Strong experience working with multidisciplinary teams (business and technology).
* Familiarity with agile or hybrid methodologies.
* High level of English.
