**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**
As a **Strategy & Corporate Development Manager **you will be responsible for strategy design, monitoring and execution for SAM globally. This involves supporting the CEO and CFO & Head of Strategy and collaborating with the rest of the executive team and all the geographies to define and track SAM strategic initiatives and projects, and steer the business towards achieving its goals.
We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:
- Business and Strategic Analysis: Support the CEO and the CFO in performing strategic analysis of business opportunities
- Strategy Development: Support the CEO and the CFO in the development of the strategy, and tracking of key strategic initiatives
- Lead or oversight specific key internal projects (definition phase as well as implementation and execution)
- Lead development of documents for different fora (SAM Executive Forum, Board of Directors, WMI Division, Group)
- Collaborate with executive team members to determine and prioritize business strategies
- Plan, coordinate and lead meetings and workshops
- Work with leadership to deliver, monitor and communicate progress towards goals
- Identify and help solving core problems or opportunities within the business
- Work under high pressure/ exposure with tight deadlines and a changing environment
EXPERIENCE
- 4-8 years of experience in similar roles
- Prior experience in Consulting or Investment Banking highly valuable
EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar.
- Master´s degree is a plus.

- Strong communication skills: both oral and written (word memos, presentations, etc)
- Super problem solving and analytical skills
- Financial modeling
- Fluent English and Spanish
