About the role
We are looking for an IT technician with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team. As a team member, you will ensure the correct operation of the IT infrastructure and answer questions, incidents and service requests related to IT issues.
Key responsibilities

* Manage network infrastructure.
* Manage Microsoft Office 365 services
* Administer on‑premises infrastructure (AD, DNS, DHCP, file services, backups, etc.).
* Manage the full lifecycle of user devices, from onboarding to offboarding.
* Maintain clear and useful technical documentation for internal teams and support processes.
* Handle support tickets with ownership, ensuring timely resolution and proper escalation when needed.
* Collaborate closely with other teams to deliver a high‑quality IT service.
Requirements
*
* FP (Sup.) ASIR
* Networking knowledge, ideally in Fortinet environments (switching, routing, VLANs, segmentation, ACLs, firewalls and VPNs).
* Experience administering Microsoft 365 environments (Exchange Online, Defender, Intune, Purview, SharePoint, Teams, etc.)
* Experience managing Windows and Linux servers (AD, DNS, DHCP, file services, etc.).
* Comfortable working in multiplatform environments (Windows, Linux, macOS).
* English level: B2.
