Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications for Oracle EBS, data platforms, and digital transformation initiatives. Partner with stakeholders across supply chain, commercial, and risk management to drive process improvements and system enhancements
Must-Have Skills
Consumer Packaged Goods domain must have
Requirements elicitation and Business Requirements Document (BRD) writing
We need functional knowledge of Oracle EBS and not hands-on.
Person needs to know atleast 3 modules overall in the Oracle EBS
User story creation with acceptance criteria (Jira/Azure Dev Ops)
Backlog management, grooming, and prioritization
Stakeholder engagement and change management
Process mapping and workflow analysis (BPMN)
Domain analysis and gap identification
AI-driven requirements analysis and documentation tools
Data validation using SQL queries
Atleast knowledge on 3 modules from below.
Financials (GL, AP, AR),
Supply Chain Management (Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management),
Human Capital Management (HRMS),
Manufacturing, xpzdshu and Projects
Nice-to-Have Skills
Food manufacturing/dairy industry domain expertise
Oracle EBS functional knowledge (2+ modules)
MDM/PLM and Product Lifecycle concepts
Blue Yonder demand planning understanding
FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and GDPR compliance
Infor Optiva process manufacturing
Supply chain operations (S& OP) experience
