PWe are currently recruiting a bJunior Project Planner Engineer /b on behalf of a bmultinational client operating across different sectors. /b /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pulliAssist in the development and maintenance of detailed project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project. /liliSupport the definition of project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation in coordination with engineering and project teams. /liliMonitor project progress and update schedules based on vigente performance. /liliIdentify potential delays or risks and escalate them to senior planners or project managers. /liliPrepare periodic progress reports and planning documentation. /liliCollaborate with international teams to ensure alignment on project timelines. /liliMaintain accurate project data and documentation in line with company procedures. /liliSupport continuous improvement initiatives in planning processes and tools. /li /ulpbr/ppbQualifications Requirements /b /pulliBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Civil, or similar). /liliApproximately b3–4 years of experience /b in project planning, scheduling, or project coordination. /liliBasic to intermediate knowledge of planning tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent). /liliUnderstanding of project management fundamentals (critical path, scheduling logic, etc.). /liliStrong organizational and analytical skills. /liliGood communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment. /liliFluent in English (additional languages are a plus). /li /ulpbr/ppbPreferred Skills /b /pulliInitial exposure to multinational or cross-functional projects. /liliFamiliarity with cost tracking or risk management concepts. /liliKnowledge of Excel; experience with Power BI or similar tools is a plus. /liliInterest in developing a career in project planning or project management. /li /ul
