The role focuses on ensuring stable, secure and efficient day‑to‑day application operations while collaborating closely with technology and business teams.ResponsibilitiesProvide Level 2 application technical support to ensure availability, stability and performance of critical systems.Operate and support applications across Mainframe environments.Monitor applications using observability tools and proactively identify, troubleshoot and resolve incidents and recurring issues.Support change, release and incident management processes in line with internal controls and regulatory requirements.Take ownership of specific application areas or processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.SkillsHands‑on experience in application operations, systems administration or production support in complex technical environments.Have a deep background on mainframe systems including CICS, JCL, COBOL and DB2.Have experience working with OPC, EDITRAN, Omegamon and other IBM tools.Demonstrable experience in working with zOS IBM environment.Proficient in English for written and spoken business communication, with Spanish for local collaboration.Well-being & BenefitsEmotionally and mentally balanced: We support you in dealing with life crises, maintaining stability through illness, and maintaining good mental health.
