The Opportunity
We are forming the Advisory Board of Mipu Iberia and are seeking a Non-Executive Director with deep knowledge of the Iberian market — and ideally Latin America — in the power generation or process manufacturing sector.
This is a part-time, high-impact role — approximately ten working days per year — designed for a senior professional who wants meaningful involvement without a full-time commitment.

Responsibilities
• Review strategic materials and commercial proposals ahead of board sessions
• Participate in Mipu Group events as an institutional representative and strategic advisor
• Support business development through active network engagement in Spain and Portugal
• Contribute to four core priorities:
– Transition from technology vendor to business-impact partner
– Market entry and distribution strategy for Spain, Portugal and — where relevant — Latin America
– Development of commercially sustainable contractual models
– Partner channel development and M&A pipeline

Terms are agreed individually based on the candidate's profile and expected contribution.

Requirements
• Minimum 15 years of experience in power generation or process industry
• Established network and credibility at senior level in Spain and/or Portugal
• Existing ties to Latin American energy or industrial markets are a strong plus
• Demonstrated ability to drive business development, facilitate high-level introductions and accelerate commercial decisions
• Comfortable working with a young, international and fully remote team
