As an Internal Control Intern you’ll get hands-on exposure to business processes, risk management, controls, and audits, working closely with teams across Finance and the wider organization. This role is ideal for someone with a finance, accounting, or business mindset who enjoys structure, documentation, and turning complex processes into something clear, organized, and reliable. Helping document changes in risks, controls, and evidence, and supporting control assessments with the right data. Requesting and collecting evidence and documentation from different stakeholders, following up when needed, and doing first-level checks for completeness and accuracy. Keeping things tidy: organizing and archiving documentation in SharePoint and internal repositories. Drafting and polishing internal policies and procedures — formatting, grammar, version control, and incorporating feedback until they’re final. Supporting reports and internal documentation (data analysis, presentations, executive summaries). Assisting with documentation for internal and external audits, maintaining tracking files, and helping keep project timelines on track. Why join us? Ready to join us? What will make you succeed in this position: Final-year student or recent graduate in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data. Exposure to Power BI or data visualization tools will be a plus. Comfortable drafting and reviewing documents in English (policies, procedures, reports). Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint). Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with documentation. Basic understanding of internal controls, audit, or risk management. Familiarity with COSO, SOX, or similar control frameworks are highly valued. Able to work with multiple stakeholders and follow up effectively. Clear written communication and structured thinking.
