Role: This is a fully remote role open to freelance (autónomo) or contract-based professionals based in Spain. We are seeking a versatile Data & AI Engineer, preferably with strong Azure and Python skills, to support internal product development and R&D initiatives in close collaboration with the team.
Strong proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably Python, TypeScript, or C#
Solid knowledge of data and AI engineering, including Data Lakehouse architectures and LLMs
Familiarity with Azure, Fabric, Databricks, and Power BI
Proficiency in CI/CD practices using Azure DevOps or GitHub
Fluent English for active participation in daily work and projects
Doctoral or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Familiarity with EU-funded projects
Active contributions to open-source projects
Proficiency in an additional European language, preferably German
