A commercially driven professional fully committed to increasing our market share in Germany. With our diverse product portfolio, we already serve satisfied customers in Germany. We believe our solutions can offer even more value to new customers in Germany and beyond. We seek someone who can expand our market share and introduce our innovative solutions to new audiences.
You will ensure our existing products succeed further in Germany and will introduce our solutions to new segments. You will research how different markets function, maintain a curious mindset, and learn about our solutions and the industries we operate in. You will identify opportunities and translate them into concrete actions. You are comfortable establishing contacts and building new relationships.
You will conduct market research to find leads, visit prospects (digitally), and aim to close deals. Recognizing commercial opportunities, generating ideas, and implementing them practically will be key. You should be skilled at analyzing customer challenges and aligning our solutions to meet their needs.
Skills And Requirements
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a commercial field.
* Analytical skills to research various markets.
* Experience in IT Services / Software Product Selling (Application Development, IT Operations, Cloud, etc.)
* Experience in new business development and enthusiasm for building relationships.
* Excellent German and English communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to ask the right questions, tell compelling stories, and empathize with clients’ challenges.
* Go-getter attitude.
* Living in Spain and in possession of a NIE number.
* Willing to travel within Europe if necessary.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct market research and identify potential customers based on client personas.
* Draft creative emails tailored to potential customers’ profiles and needs.
* Call potential customers to understand their pain points, explain Decos, and schedule discovery calls.
* Proactively seek potential clients and work towards converting them into new clients.
* Maintain all data efficiently in a CRM (HubSpot) and/or spreadsheets.
* Promote Decos on digital channels (LinkedIn, Clutch, Medium, etc.) to generate leads.
* Gain insights into clients’ urgent business problems or opportunities and map how our solutions can add value.
